"I was raped"
I wasn't, but 4 million people per month (that is 4,000,000) are typing that into google. The only reason I can think for a person to type that into google is because they were raped.
That is tragic. (maybe we should do something about that?)
But worse still is that when someone types that into google they don't find much in the way of help.
So a friend of mine who can say "I was raped" created a website to try to help people that are searching for help. I am helping her get that page to list on google when people type in "I was raped".
She has written a book on forgiveness (her story is remarkable) and her heart breaks for anyone that has been raped. But also for anyone that is captured by unforgiveness.

Four Million People. Hopefully her story will help some of them begin on the road to recovery. From her website you can find links to Rainn and some other sites offering help in this situation. It sure seems like this is a crime that gets ignored a lot. But when you read her story you can see why this attack against a woman can be so hard for a woman to deal with.
So please read her story and consider how you can help.
She is encouraging rape victims to protect themselves, their safety and their health, then to seek healing. As they recover physically from this attack then will come to the time to start recovering emotionally and spiritually. That is very needed. But healing only truly comes through forgivemess. Read her story to see that this seemingly impossible idea, truly is possible. With God's help.
